This policy explains what information is collected through this website and any applications operated by Marcus Callon ("I", "me"), how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: this site collects essentially nothing personal, and any application that does collect something keeps it to the minimum needed to work.

What this website collects

The executive profile website is a static site. It does not use cookies, advertising, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking of any kind, and no personal information is collected from ordinary browsing.

To understand aggregate traffic (page views, visits, referrers and countries), the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookie-free measurement tool. It does not collect personal information, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not follow you across other websites. No individual profiles are built and nothing about your visit is sold or shared for marketing.

Interaction analytics (which links and buttons are clicked, how far the page is scrolled, time on page) are measured with PostHog, hosted in the European Union, in cookie-free mode: no cookies or browser storage are used, no personal information is collected, and events are recorded as anonymous aggregate counts. Session recording is disabled. Your browser's Do Not Track setting is respected.

Applications that use Google sign-in

Where an application I operate offers "Sign in with Google", the following applies:

• What is collected: your Google account name, email address and profile picture, exactly as provided by Google at sign-in.
• Why: solely to identify your account within the application and provide its core functionality.
• What is never done: your information is never sold, rented, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for advertising. No Gmail message content, contacts, files or other restricted Google scopes are requested or accessed.
• Storage: the minimum identity details needed for the application to function. Data is stored securely and only for as long as your account is active.
• Deletion: you can request deletion of your account and its data at any time (see Contact below), or remove the application's access via your Google account security settings.

Use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

If you contact me by email, I use your details only to respond to you. Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information held about you, at any time and at no cost. Just ask - see Contact below - and I will action it promptly.

Third-party services

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and availability purposes under their own policies. The only analytics services in use are Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog (EU cloud), both described above. No profiling, advertising or data-broker services are used.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting collected data will be flagged clearly.
